Refund policy
At Breedology, we offer a 30-day return policy to our customers. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be refunded or exchanged, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as you received it. The item must be sealed, unopened, and returned within 30 days of the original order date.
Gift cards and opened products are exempt from being returned.Â
If youâd like to request a refund or exchange, please submit a return form through our website with your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for the return. You can use our contact form, online chat or email us at hello@breedologynutrition.com.Â
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the items. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.Â
Once the return shipment is verified, we will process your refund or exchange, depending on your request.Â
Please do not send your purchase to our listed address or without a Return Shipping Label.Â
Any item not in its original condition is exempt from being refunded.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is exempt from being refunded.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your item, we will check it and let you know that we have received it. Assuming the item(s) are in an unused condition, we will then process your refund. Refunds are made to your original payment method according to your payment issuers policy.
Depending on the payment provider, there may be a couple of daysâ delay in being credited.
Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items can only be refunded for the amount paid per the relative sale price.Â
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for another product, send us an email at hello@breedologynutrition.com, In your email, please include your order number and photos of any damages (if applicable). We will then process your refund and send you a prepaid Return Shipping Label to print and return to our fulfilment centre for inspection.Â
Subscriptions & Returns
With all subscription orders, due to the nature of the automatic shipping, we require a minimum of 3 business daysâ notice prior to your order being shipped if you wish to cancel or amend your subscription.
Once a subscription is triggered (and you receive an email confirming it has been shipped), it is sent for immediate dispatch. If your order has already shipped, we will, unfortunately, be unable to cancel this order. The returns procedure set out above would need to be followed to return the items to us for a refund.
Damaged Products
If the product arrives damaged or not substantially as described on the product information page the company will accept returns for a full refund only in accordance with the Returns Procedure.
If you have received your parcel in a poor or damaged condition or have items missing, please try to keep all outer packaging so that we can collect this and send to our couriers for investigation. Any damaged boxes must be signed for as âdamagedâ at delivery. Where possible sign with the word âdamaged + your nameâ in the signature box. You may be asked to send us photos of the damaged packaging and / or product, this is because photographic evidence helps us ensure the issue is dealt with quickly and efficiently and can sometimes suffice instead of collecting the product / packaging itself. All claims filed through Breedology for packages lost or damaged in transit must be filed within 60 DAYS of the ORIGINAL ship date.
Unreceived Goods
If you have not received your order within 20 days of dispatch date (within 30 days for international orders), please contact us so we can start investigation. Breedology will not accept lost in transit claims or offer refunds for orders marked as âDeliveredâ or if the tracking says âArrival in Destination Countryâ.
