Order Processing
All orders are usually dispatched from the warehouse within 1 business day of receiving payment. We always endeavour to ship orders as quickly as possible, but there may be delays over busy trading periods. Please note that the delivery time is the time frame in which the order will be delivered to you from the date of dispatch and not the date that order was placed.
For all orders, you will receive tracking details by email once your order has shipped. All orders are sent via a courier of our choice, and we may change the couriers we use without notice, although the level of service will always be equivalent. Please get in touch with our team via email should you have any questions about delivery  hello@breedologynutrition.com.Â
Flat Fee Shipping
All USA orders will incur a $5.99 flat rate shipping fee. An average delivery time is 4 to 5 working days. Some delivery times can take slightly longer than expected! If your package is arriving late, please be patient! We promise it will be worth the wait.
International Orders
All international orders will incur an international flat rate shipping fee, depending on the country of destination.
An average delivery time is 6-10 working days.Â
Please note, that at the moment we are only shipping to certain destinations, including Europe, Canada & South America.
Product Delivery Errors
All delivery errors must be reported within 1 day of the date of delivery. All orders go through a rigorous checking system before being packed and leaving our warehouse. If you have not received your order within 20 days of dispatch date (within 30 days for international orders), please contact us so we can start investigation .
Breedology will not offer refunds for orders marked as “Delivered” or if the tracking says “Arrival in Destination Country”.
Please note, Breedology is not responsible for any items that may be held within customs. If your order is held in customs, it is the responsibility of the buyer/customer to contact their local customs and organise for their order to clear customs. Breedology is not responsible for any customs tax or duty. All customs tax and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchange
At Breedology, we offer a 30-day return policy to our customers. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you’d like to request a refund or exchange, please submit a return form through our website with your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for the return.
For the item to be eligible for a return, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be sealed, unopened, and returned within 30 days of the original order date.
